**About the role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team, and we are seeking a conscientious, ambitious and committed individual, who is passionate about organisation and administration, and developing and implementing processes with a view to driving efficiencies within the business.

You will be part of a fun, hard-working team, assisting the Business Support team with all aspects of administration.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting with scheduling
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to handle queries, take payments, place orders, etc.
- Making travel arrangements
- Data entry and database maintenance
- Document management
- Data analysis and reporting
- Minute-taking
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties where necessary
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold grade C or above in Maths and English
- Be competent in the use of Excel, Word and other Microsoft programs
- Have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Take the initiative and be able to work independently
- Be flexible and adaptable to deal with the day-to-day pressures of providing administrative support to a team that is spread across the country
- Resilience with the ability to respond positively to challenges

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role would be advantageous.
