**About The Role**

Eluo fm are looking for a Facilities Management Operative, work will mainly consist of Window Cleaning, will also carry out Cladding Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance & General Maintenance. All training is provided, company vehicle is also provided.

Services Provided By Eluo Facilities Management:

- Window Cleaning (plus Cladding & Gutters)
- Contract Cleaning
- Grounds Maintenance
- Plumbing & Heating
- Electrical Testing & Installation
- Plus many more

**About You**

Key Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to work with early starts
- Good communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- Window Cleaning Experience (full training can be provided)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
