Business Coordinator

Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Business Co-Ordinator for one of our exclusive clients in East Kilbride. The purpose of this role is to provide an excellent administrative service to the business. You will be responsible for smooth running of day-to-day operations and ensuring all business requirements are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for any internal and external administration queries that come into the business
- You will be responsible for ensuring support all visitors, internal and external to UK sites
- You will be responsible for all travel as well as ensuring all travellers have the correct documentation.
- You will be responsible for all travel itineraries including transport and accommodation
- You will be responsible for providing all visitors with itinerary and visitor pack and ensuring all new starts as the relevant equipment and access cards
- You will be responsible for dealing with all Purchase Orders and making sure all invoices are paid in a timely manner
- You will be responsible for all mail that comes in and out the business, you will be required to deal with confidential correspondence
- Ensuring all areas within the business are kept tidy and clean and all stationary is continuously checked and stocker, ordering where necessary.
- You will required to arrange the booking of meeting rooms, ensuring that they are set up in advance ensuring all equipment, catering and any other requirements are available and set up
- You will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of office events, including workshops, functions, and trade events
- You will be responsible for organising all Brand Ambassador events
- You will be responsible for organising all transport and accommodation for the brand ambassador
- You will be required to create an itinerary all event information with a list of contacts and any other information they may require.
- You will be responsible for building strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for carrying out ay other Adhoc duties as and when required.
Experience and Qualifications:
- You will have previous experience of working within a business coordination role
- You will have a Administration/Business Qualification.
- Previous experience working within the Drinks or FMCG industry is highly advantageous
- You will have previous working experience with MS office.
- Previous experience working with SAP is essential
- You will have strong communication skills both verbally and written
- You will have a strong attention to detail.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
