Internet Assistant Required in Wolverhampton

Shankar UK LLP have a fantastic job opportunity for a hardworking and reliable Internet Assistant to join us in Wolverhampton. Our client has an office in Wolverhampton.

Your day-to-day duties will include updating websites and portals, whilst regularly communicating with customers. You will also enter products and images onto our system in addition to customers websites. You will provide product uploads and specifications, as well as providing stock and general reports to customers. You will be provided training to cover a wide range of areas within the business.

Detailed knowledge and understanding of products will be required once trained. You will need to provide exceptional customer service and deal with queries promptly.

Hourly pay rate is negotiable depending upon experience and working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. This is an ongoing position with a permanent contract, and you will work directly for the owner and alongside a team of Sales Associates & our Purchasing Administrator.

- Good timekeeping and attendance is a must.
