The RoleWere seeking a passionate and qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated therapy team. Youll play a key role in creating a communication-friendly environment and helping us realise our vision: To build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people to thrive and find their place in the world.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans in collaboration with teaching staffManaging a small caseload of pupils with speech and language needsSupporting staff through training consultation and reflective practiceWorking closely with our experienced Clinical Lead and SENCoSkills and Qualifications What Were Looking ForThis role is ideal for someone with a nurturing approach strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage their own workload.
