**Job Description**:
**Summary**:
An interesting and challenging role for a Telecoms professional to work within the mobile sector. Climbing auditor to cover London and surrounding areas. Will work as part of a 2 person team where site access / conditions necessitate it. Training will be provided for those with the right experience whose certs may have since lapsed.
**The Role**:
To travel to mobile telecom operators cell sites within a pre-defined area and complete audits on recently completed work. Audits shall follow an existing question set based around the specific technology they are there to audit.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Plan daily activities to meet role requirements.
- Visit telecom sites to audit a variety of different work types.
- Report audit findings within set SLA on company systems.
- Effective time and diary management.
- Site visits at client’s request.
**Job Specific Competencies / Experience for the role**:
- Represent Telecoms QA team in different professional situations.
- previous telecoms rigging experience essential
- Ability to work reliably and with confidence in the field.
- Ability to write concise and accurate briefs and reports for senior management, customers and engineering staff.
- Computer literate with an understanding and experience of spreadsheets, databases, MS office.
- Must have good inter-personal skills.
- Ability to efficiently work remotely as part of a UK-wide team.
- A self-starter that can drive their own performance and workload.
- Flexibility to travel throughout the UK including staying away.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Full driving license
- Head for heights. (There is an occasional requirement to climb telecom masts).
- Ensures compliance with client, industry and H&S requirements.
- Prepare reports within agreed SLA’s.
- Ability to read and understand a wide range of design standards.
- Must be a team-player and be results-driven.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience with a telecoms background
- RF awareness, rooftop safety & First aid certificate. (Training available)
- Advanced climber and tower rescue certificate. (Training available)
