If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Boundary Outlet is seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team and to deliver exceptional events that will captivate our customers.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Plan, organise, and execute a wide range of events, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and special customer experiences.

Have accountability for engaging with coach companies.

Collaborate with our Head of Experiential Retail to develop event concepts, themes, and strategies that align with the Outlet’s brand image and target audience.

Manage event timelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely execution of all event-related activities.

Work closely with our internal teams, including Brand Directors, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Brand Team, Retail Team, Customer Service, to integrate events seamlessly into the overall store experience.

Liaise with external partners, including brands, designers, artists, and community organisations, to secure collaborations for events.

Oversee event setup, on-site management, and post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor events, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our event offerings and stay ahead in the market.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in event planning, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mind-set with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

A flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events as needed.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a dedication to exceeding expectations.
