Why This Role Matters
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive **Recruitment Administrator** to support our growing team. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure a **seamless onboarding experience** for new hires, from compliance to contracts, to warm welcomes. You’ll also play a key part in **sourcing and screening** top-tier talent and supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
What You'll Be Doing
- **Onboarding Coordination**: Be the first point of contact for new starters. Oversee RTW checks, references, DBS processing, training setup, and contract admin.
- **Recruitment Tools**: Use ATS and CRM tools to manage workflows and communications.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with Branch Managers, TA Partners and HR teams to meet recruitment goals and hiring needs.
- **Inbox & Phone Handling**: Manage communications with professionalism and warmth.
What You’ll Bring

✔️ Proven admin experience in recruitment or a similar environment (essential)
✔️ Understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods (desirable)

You’ll report directly to the **Talent Acquisition Manager**, under the leadership of the **Chief People Officer**.
