The role holder also has responsibilities for the safety and security of the JLR Board of Management when they are attending events on and offsite, which could also have royalty and government ministers in attendance. You would therefore liaise with their security team as well in order to ensure these events run without incident. They are also an integral part of the Design Security Group as chair person, which is a committee set up to address and improve all aspects of security in the JLR Design Studios and off-site Design facilities. The role holder will be critical in developing the future focus of security in this critical part of our business There may be requirement to work at weekeends at short notice and fixability in this role is key. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Ensure Risk Assessments are regularly in accordance with corporate guidelines - Support the Business Continuity Planning process - Maintain the Major Incident Plan and conducting specified tests on "call out" procedures and scenario-s - On-going monitoring and maintenance of all activity schedules at the site to ensure it remains legally compliant - On-going maintenance of records management procedures (RMP) requirements **WHAT YOU-LL NEED** - Previous experience in security or emergency services - Knowledge of Site Security systems and processes - Relevant qualification of Security Assessor or equivalent experience preferred **SO WHY US?** Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you'll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan and performance related bonus scheme.
