**About the Team**

Transport Delivery is responsible for arranging and managing contracts that transport children, young people and vulnerable adults to and from their school, college and daycare establishments.

**About the Role**

The Operations Supervisor is one of a team who manage contracts which transport entitled passengers to schools, colleges and social care establishments. The role is responsible for appointing, managing and maintaining transport contracts, negotiating changes to these, and ensuring they are run in accordance with terms and conditions to ensure compliance and performance of the operators. Each officer has an area of responsibility and over 150 contracts to manage, including responding to any issues that are reported regarding these.
