**Team Leader/Supervisor**

The Garden Shed Cafe in Wellesbourne. An award winning finalist for best cafe in midlands. We are looking for a Team Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations.

We offer great local coffee to our guests and are in need of a helping hand with pour management team.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe.
- Keep team updated and informed of changes to menus.
- Oversee the training and onboarding of new staff members.
- Coordinate with general manager to ensure that all team members adhere to venue policies and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding safety, health, and food quality.
- Assist in the hiring process for new employees.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
