**About the Opportunity**

As a Collections Advisor, you will need to build rapport and go the extra mile to ensure empathy and compassion is portrayed in a professional manner to all our customers. Speaking with customers to understand their situation, you will offer support to help minimise their arrears and to get them back on track with their payments.

Our Collections Advisors work within our company guidelines to maintain high standards and to provide the best possible outcome and experience for our customers.

**Hours of work**

Your first 5 weeks will be Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30 where you will receive our exceptional training and support, setting you on the right path to become an integral part of our team.

After this, you will work 36.5 hours per week on a 4 weekly rota basis. Hours of work are between:

- Mon
- Thur 8:00 - 20:00
- Fri 08:00 - 19:00
- Sat 08:00 - 16:00
**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience of working within the retail, financial or Customer Services sector
- Delivery and customer focused
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to listen and build rapport quickly and effectively
- Ability to always remain calm and professional
- Sympathetic approach when talking to customers
- IT literate
