You will be part of an international team of engineers providing services to KHIPU customers located in countries around the world. You will be working with and mentored by industry leading experts.

During your first year you will spend time with our Support and Managed Services team and our Professional Services team. At the end of your first year you will join the Technical service team where we have demand which best fits your skills, interests andcareers ambitions. Regardless of which direction you choose the experience you’ll gain during this first year will lay a solid foundation for your future career.

Professional Services - these are the engineers who work on projects with our customers configuring and installing firewalls, network and wireless solutions.

Support Services - these engineers are the trouble-shooters, solving problems on customer networks to get them back up and running.

Managed Services - these engineers look after and manage customer firewalls and networks. They carry out upgrades, configuration changes and ensure the underlying infrastructure runs at optimal performance.
