Job: Permanent Financial Administrator Hours: 30-37.5 per week **Salary**: up to £30k Based: Milton Type: Office and Home-Based role A firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisers based in Cambridge, offers a wide range of accounting and business services to an interesting and diverse client base. Seeking a Financial Administrator. **Responsibilities**: Responsible for managing the "take on" processes for new client set ups, such as smart searches, Anti-money laundering compliance, set up forms, engagement letters and kick-off meetings. Setting the client up on the system (Senta). Ensuring all admin processesare completed accurately and in a timely manner to ensure a smooth transition through the On-boarding phase. - Daily administration of the Practice Management System (Senta) to ensure all enquiries are logged, - Documents are uploaded, workflows are current and up to-date. - Generating reports as requested and using system to full potential for the team. - Liaising with the team to manage the departments client billing process and generate fee analysis/reports. - Collation and recharging of Xero and other software - Filing and scanning of correspondence and documentation to ensure records are updated. - General administration of the Office - ensuring office/catering fully stocked, post - Filing and scanning of correspondence and documentation to ensure records are updated. - Meeting and greeting visitors to the office when required to do - Arrange departmental social events and birthday cards/gifts for the - Diary Management and team meetings **Managerial** - Management of own time and workload to meet deadlines and be accountable for responsibilities - Managing telephone calls quickly and efficiently - Ensuring billing is processed in a timely manner and meeting deadlines **General Comments** - Experience in a similar role is essential - Evolving and busy role, providing pro-active administrative support to the - A flexible and 'can do' attitude is essential to be able to adapt to the unpredictable workload. - You will need excellent IT (especially excel and database) and communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
