They provide bespoke advice across pensions, investments, estate planning, and mortgages. As well as combine independent thinking and the infrastructure to deliver client-centred excellence.Currently looking for a driven and client-focused Financial Planner to join their growing Cambridge team.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced adviser seeking long-term career development within a supportive, professional, and collaborative environment.As an experienced Financial Adviser you will hold : * Minimum 5 years’ experience in advising private clients on pensions, investments, retirement planning, and estate planning. * Preferably Chartered status (CII), however support is provided if not already held. * A keen user of technology, with the ability to utilise cashflow modelling tools to demonstrate financial planning outcomes. * Proven ability to deliver tailored, compliant advice and develop long-term client relationships. * Strong knowledge of investment solutions, tax-efficient planning, and retirement strategies. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.Role & Responsibilities * Deliver regulated advice across pensions, investments, estate planning, and wealth management. * Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and recommending suitable, tailored solutions. * Proactively use cashflow modelling software to present and explain planning outcomes in a clear, client-friendly way. * Manage your own client portfolio, including reviews, ongoing advice, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with the firm’s support teams to ensure efficient administration and reporting, freeing you to focus on client-facing work. * Actively pursue new business opportunities, including referrals from existing clients and networking. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market developments, legislation, and guidance. * Uphold the firm’s values: Nurturing Relationships, Navigating Futures, Client-Centred Excellence, and Thriving Together.Why Join This Business : * Work within a client-centred firm with over 36 years’ history of trust and service. * Professional development and progression opportunities, including support towards achieving Chartered status if not already held. * Supportive administrative infrastructure to allow you to focus on client advice. * Collaborative team environment with a culture of mentoring, knowledge sharing, and professional excellence. * Office-based with potential hybrid flexibility to balance client meetings and collaboration.Please note: This is a highly sought after opportunity that has just come live to the advisory market and exclusively through Recruit Wealth.Applicants will be based in or around the Cambridge area.We are keen to speak to candidates as soon as possible, please apply to us here at Recruit Wealth for an immediate response
