Cook **FULL TIME or PART TIME** Are you fed up for working split shifts? Early mornings and late nights? We could be the place for you You would be working within our general operation hours 9:30am-6pm with a very occasional later finish of 8pm.

We are looking for a cook to prepare meals according to menu. As a cook you must be able to follow instructions in cooking and deliver well-prepared meals. You must be skilful in moving around the kitchen and able to multi-task. Experience in working in a kitchen environment is not essential but a passion for cooking is we can train you on the rest You will also have the opportunity to work out on the front of house.

Working up to 5 days a week including weekends. Although we are looking for part time we may have opportunity to work more hours during busy times and to cover annual leave.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (salad, vegetables etc.)
- Ensure great presentation
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
**Requirements**:

- A passion for cooking
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures and maintain food safety records
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
Working hours will be discussed at interview.

- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
