**Job Title**: Breakfast Cook

**Reports To**: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook breakfast items to order (e.g., eggs, pancakes, pastries, full breakfasts, healthy options).
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies before service.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary to ensure a seamless breakfast service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to create seasonal or special breakfast menus.
- Manage timing and delivery of multiple breakfast orders simultaneously.
- Assist with basic prep for lunch or other shifts when needed.
- Handle guest allergies or special dietary requests with care and professionalism.
- Open the kitchen and ensure all equipment is operational before service begins.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef, Line Cook, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast foods and techniques (e.g., poaching, frying, baking).
- Ability to work early morning shifts, often starting between 4:30 AM - 6:00 AM.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Food safety and sanitation certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Passion for delivering outstanding food and guest experiences.

**Working Hours**:
Typically early morning shifts, 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Salary**:
Competitive, based on experience + possible tips or bonuses.
