**Wow Factor**:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Payroll Analyst. Out client is looking for immediate temp support for this position. is role would suit someone who has previous experience in a similar payroll role and be usedto high volumes of accurate data input.

Role**:Senior Payroll Analyst**

HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm

SALARY: £15 - £17 per hour depending on experience

LOCATION: London

CULTURE: Professional, busy and friendly.

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Responsibility for the collation of workload and task rota of team day to day processing (this role is not responsible for the HR related 121 or PDR management of the team)
- Escalation point for all day to day payroll related processes
- Contact point for HR Admin and HR Generalists for escalation and confirmation of issues and any adhoc one off items
- Responsibility for the finalisation of Month End & Year End payroll processing across all payrolls
- Responsibility of the processing and completion of offsite payrolls with our external service provider Activ
- Ownership of some day to day activities with our two services providers FMP/IRIS & Activ
- Final sign off of all Adhoc calculations & data changes across all payrolls
- Monitoring enquiry clearance of shared mailboxes
- Sole responsibility for collation of the Monthly payaway pension contribution data
- Responsibility of collation & processing of Annual upload data
- Handling of sensitive data requirements from third party customers
- Resolution of complex calculations on Maternities / LTS / SSP and leavers
- Implement up to date payroll process documentation
- Works towards implementing new payroll procedures to enhance those currently in operation
- Creation of Notional CCV templates and implementation

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**

Extensive experience of working within a payroll department

Prior supervisory experience beneficial

Good communications skills

Advanced level experience of Microsoft Outlook

Advanced level experience of Microsoft Excel

Payrite / FMP/IRIS experience would be an asset
