Package: Basic £23-25k + commission
Industry: Estate Agency
Hours: Mon - Fri 9.00am-6.00pm, rota Saturdays 9.00am-4.00pm

Our client is a property agency founded in 2019 by experienced professionals who are passionate about helping customers achieve their property goals. They offer a flexible and adaptable approach to communication.

Attention to detail is key, and their dedicated team pays close attention to marketing properties to their best potential using traditional and modern marketing techniques.

They offer a range of services to help customers with their property moves from initial valuation to legal processes and completion, with dedicated sales progressors to provide support throughout the process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market appraisals and valuations for residential properties
- Generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Proactively following up on leads and generating new business
- Maintaining and updating accurate client records and property details
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional activities

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record in residential property sales and valuations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service
- A proactive approach to generating new business and building client relationships
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A full UK driving license and access to a car

**Experience**:
