We have a great opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Tingdene Parks, based at our head office in Wellingborough. As our Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for contacting new leads, managing and conducting appointments and negotiating residential and leisure property sales across some varied and exciting locations including residential homes, luxury lodges and floating homes.

**What we would like from you**
- Generate reservations for new home sales across allocated Tingdene Parks/Tingdene Group operations
- Contact and meet prospective customers at our residential parks to present and sell development plots or homes which have already been sited
- Ensure effective management of sales visits
- Contribute to the overall sales and marketing team effort to achieve sales targets for new homes. This will include, outbound calls, mailing campaigns, attending open days, and any other marketing initiatives
- Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcome for the business
- Develop trusted relationships with customer prospects
- Ensure databases are updated in line with GDPR and company policy
- Represent the company at Parks, Open days and events as required. This may involve some after-hours or weekend commitments with time off in lieu granted.
- Liaison with third parties, i.e. Estate agents to ensure listings are accurate, and to gain regular feedback
- Offer input to and feedback for new planned stock homes using industry knowledge
- Any other ad hoc duties and/or Project support as directed by the Head of Sales & Company directors
