As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Human Resources Department at our Head Office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

The HR Administrator will be the first point of contact for all HR queries and will be responsible for the administrative duties of the Gateway Group HR Team. You will support the HR Team with recruitment, onboarding, life-cycle and offboarding for all employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant process is followed in all areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide general administration support to the HR department as required.
- Ensure full compliance with all Company policies.
- Absence management.
- Manage the administration of changes to employment terms.
- Assist HR Team in all recruitment activities.
- Provide support to Payroll.
- Organised, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Able to adhere to confidentiality requirements
- An effective communicator
