Pure are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant on behalf of a leading Biotech business based in Cambridge, this role will be on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will report into the Group Financial Controller and the role itself offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements in line with the company's fantastic culture and values.
As the Accounts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in leading on the transactional processing, but also assisting the Management Accountant with month end work.
Duties you will be expected to undertake include:

- Maintaining and overseeing the multi currency AP ledger
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting the Management Accountant with budgets, prepayments, fixed assets and VAT work.
- Management of the accounts inbox
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.
This role is perfect for someone who has previous experience in a similar role or wanting to take a step up in duties. You will ideally be an active AAT/CIMA/ACCA studier or have relevant equivalent qualifications or experience.
