**Responsibilities and Duties**

Our Support Worker supports adults with learning and physical disabilities in, care homes, residential homes and supported living homes. Your duties will Include supporting with daily living, skill development, personal care, activities, and working with some behaviours which may present as challenging.

Full induction, mandatory training, and regular support and supervision are provided. Competent in administrating medication preferred however, training can be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Physical setting:

- Care home
- Homecare
- Nursing home
- Residential home

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Telford, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Home care: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
