As a Project Officer within the Talent and OD Team you will play a key role in supporting a range of projects as part of a wider programme, to enable the realisation of ourLeadership by All; Development for Allambition to support the NCA in becoming a culture of collective outstanding performance, whilst looking at ways to continually improve our services to add value for our colleagues and leaders.
This includes the exciting development and implementation of a new NCA group-wide, self-serve digital platform to digitally enable the different strands that make up ourLBA; DFAambition and provide inclusive access to development for every colleague.
We want to hear from you if you are someone with the passion, drive and determination to make a difference through Leadership, OD and Talent Development related projects and systems. You will be curious with the ability to challenge the status quo for the greater good of colleague engagement and patient quality at the same time as maintaining professional relationships.
To be a success in the role you will be someone who has experience of improving quality through digitally enabled solutions, with a strong focus for achieving results whilst showing a flexible approach to getting things done.
**Skills**:
- Support a range of Talent and OD related projects and systems as part of a wider programme to realise our ambition of leadership by All; Development for All, bringing in and utilising new ways of working through digital solutions.
- Support the rollout of the NCA group-wide Accelerated Leader Development Programme for over 4000 leaders.
- Develop and implement a NCA group-wide, self-serve digital platform for talent and development to be used by every colleague and have operational responsibility for its ongoing use and development.
