This role, joining a growing team, will suit somebody with previous experience coordinating activities for a range of events around the UK and Europe. _Strong coordination and communication is essential_
The role of Office Coordinator includes:
- Working within a small team to ensure all deadlines are met
- Arranging equipment and personnel are in the right location prior to requirement
- Ensuring any travel requirements for staff are booked and confirmed as needed
- Arranging payments for suppliers, subcontractors etc as per contracts
- Be able to multitask in a demanding environment
- Be able to work to tight deadlines, ensuring everything is right every time
- Be able to see the smaller detail and to preempt issues
- Be able to think through problems and find solutions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
