We are looking to recruit a highly motivated HCPC - registered clinical / counselling psychologist or BAPC registered CBT Therapist, with experience in delivering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp), to work within the Tower Hamlets Early Intervention (THEIS) and Tower Hamlets Early Detection (THEDS) services.

**The purpose of the psychologist role is to**:
Provide specialist assessment, formulation and evidence-based intervention for early detection and early intervention, including CBT for psychosis and family interventions

Be involved in quality improvement, service development, evaluation and research

To develop and support the psychosocial work of other staff through teaching, training, supervision and consultation

Work across both community and inpatient settings, providing psychological input to THEIS service users on inpatient wards

The post holders will be required to the work closely with the THEIS Operational lead, Principal Psychologist and Clinical Leads across the teams. You will need to be self-motivated, clinically up to date with proven experience of undertaking and interventions in secondary care settings.
