**ARE YOU A CORE SHOP SUPERVISOR WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE LEADING A TEAM AND WORKING WITHIN A FOUNDRY ENVIRONMENT?**

The role would suit core shop supervisors or core shop team leaders. You will ideally have experience of managing and leading small teams. Core shop supervisors with experience working within a foundry environments are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be familiar with Bianchi and Laempe machinery.

Reporting to the Foundry Manager, your role will mainly involve people management and developing a team of 8 employees. You will be hands on within your role alongside overseeing all core shop activities and prioritise/allocate labour to ensure smooth production processes. You will manage the team to KPIs and motivate theM/Feedback on their activity.

**The Core Shop Supervisor Position**:
*Responsible for coordinating the core shop team of circa 8 employees

*Overseeing all core shop activities

*Monitoring and working to KPIs

*Hands on machine operating and setting using Bianchi and Laempe machines

*Ensuring and championing H&S

*Monday to Friday DAYS.

**The Core Shop Supervisor**:
*Can transfer from any core shop background

*Will ideally have experience of leading, mentoring and coordinating teams

*Core Shop Team Leaders with previous experience working within the foundry sector will have a considerable advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year
