Liberty Games, a retailer of games room equipment established over 20 years, is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their growing team.

Location: Epsom, Surrey ,10 minutes walk from Epsom or Ewell West Stations

Pay: £25,000 -£26,000 DOE, plus bonus based on team's KPI and overtime

Hours: 37.5 including weekends

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Provide exceptional product knowledge and information to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.

3. Actively listen to customer enquiries or concerns and provide accurate answers and solutions.

4. Recommend products or services based on customer needs and preferences, utilising upselling and cross-selling techniques when appropriate. (No hard selling or cold calling required)

5. Provide quotations in a timely manner to customers who wish to purchase multiple items

6. Use our showroom to demonstrate product functionality and features to customers, encouraging them to make informed purchasing decisions.

7. Commit to learning the product range and develop a deep understanding of the equipment.

8. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our in-house CRM system and payment systems

9. Contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

**Key Skills**

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2. Good computer literacy and previous experience with Customer management systems/ software

4. Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others.

5. Good understanding of sales techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing strategies.

6. sound command of maths (working with figures on a daily basis)

7. Flexibility to work at weekends based on a rota with the existing team.

The job is fully office based as you will be required to welcome clients in our amazing gaming room where you can demonstrate Liberty's products.
