Are you passionate about culinary tools and kitchenware? ProCook is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our enthusiastic team As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and helping shoppers find the perfect kitchen essentials.

Please note this is a part time temporary position until January 2026 for 12 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Greeting customers warmly and providing them with personalized assistance.
  • Sharing your passion and knowledge about our products to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assisting customers through the sales process, from product selection to checkout.
  • Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Contributing to achieving sales targets and store goals.
  • Participating in inventory management and restocking when necessary.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • A passion for kitchenware and cooking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
