We're currently looking for a **Commercial Team Leader** to join our dedicated team.
**_About the Role_**

You’ll ensure the smooth daily operation of the commercial operation, motivating and leading a small team of hosts to drive sales; provide an outstanding level of customer service and drive food & beverage and retail standards. The role will also include stock control, merchandising, customer service and maintaining shop standards.

On a daily basis, you would be expected to complete all checks as set out by the business, up-sell products, maintain availability and standards, lead your team to success and most importantly, give our guests an experience to remember.

The role will include people management responsibilities such as completing schedules, performance management and colleague training.
***_About You_**

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

- Previous management experience within fast paced retail/hospitality is essential.
Great organisational skills
- “Five Star” customer service skills are essential. Previous experience of dealing and handling with customer queries and complaints would be advantageous.
- Food safety training/knowledge is desirable but full training will be provided.
Previous experience with stock control.
- Self motivation is key - When the going gets tough, we step up, not back.
- Most importantly, you will love what you do and be passionate about our brand.

This is a permanent full-time position and you will work an average of five days out of seven, including weekends, bank holidays and school holidays. Flexibility is therefore essential.

Due to the nature of the role the successful applicant must be 18 years or over.
