**Responsibilities:
- Understand the processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from time of purchase order issuance through the delivery of the cargo
- Initiate, prepare, process and assemble all required documentation for air import and export consol shipments
- Raise and maintain appropriate ETSF records and files in line with HMRC requirements.
- Ensure all files are compliant with CAA regulations where applicable.
- Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to the carrier, customers or agents in a timely manner
- Execute/Coordinate tasks to meet all SOP requirements
- Create, maintain, and update shipments in internal system, ensuring accurate data
- Coordinate and problem-solve on complex consolidations
- Ensure a high-level of data integrity within the shipments

**Qualifications / Experience:
Required:

- Minimum 2-3 years of Global Forwarding industry experience.
- Strong prioritization, multi-tasking skills, and high level of flexibility as priorities and needs change daily,
- Critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
- Proactive, ambitious, hardworking, and analytical mindset

Preferred:

- Knowledge of both Import and export procedures, Ideally in a Gateway environment.
- Knowledge or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business
- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
