We are currently seeking a Production Machinist to join our production team in South Marston Industrial Estate, Swindon. This is a weekly rotating double day shift pattern of earlies (6am until 2pm) and lates (2pm-10pm), with early Friday finishes (1pm on earlies and 6pm on lates). A 25% shift allowance is provided.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will be responsible for setting, operating, and producing machined parts on CNC milling or turning machines.
- Maintain a high level of quality control using a range of measuring equipment, i.e. micrometres, verniers, slips (100% inspection).
- Work to meet customer service deadlines.
- Keep working areas in line with Company 6S procedures.

**NOTE**:

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Experience of working in a production environment essential.
- Shift experience is preferable.
- Highly motivated to learn and develop.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.

**Salary**: Up to £32,205.00 per year
