**Job Title: HVAC Project Manager**

**Location: Glasgow**

**Salary: Competitive; with company car or car allowance; annual bonus up to 10% of basic salary; company pension scheme**

**Hours: 40 hours per week**

**Job Purpose**:
Due to an increase in contract wins, an opportunity for a HVAC Project Manager has become available within the Mechanical & Electrical team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- To manage, develop and motivate a team of Mechanical Trades to effectively deliver HVAC project works throughout a defined region within agreed timescales and budgets whilst complying with company policy and procedure.
- Assisting with the development of existing & new client portfolio to enable the expansion of the HVAC division within additional geographical regions.
- Undertaking site surveys, preparation and submission of quotes for project works as required in conjunction with surveying and procurement procedures.
- The delivery of project works and asset / plant replacement / renewal schemes from survey to handover including programme delivery, labour planning, HSE plans / files, risk assessments, method statements, waste management responsibility and cost preparation.
- Liaising continuously with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure project revisions and expenditure are maintained within budget and in compliance with administrative procedures.

**Qualifications / or equivalent required**:

- City and Guilds 6024 (Mechanical Engineering Services - Plumbing)
- NVQ Level 3 (Heating and Ventilation)
- Experience in Management.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience working within an HVAC environment
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility as this role will require travel across Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England. Some overnight stay may be required.
