Finance Team Leader

**Job Purpose** Due to continued growth and development we are looking for a dynamic Finance Team Leader to maintain the day to day accounts for Aztec Event Services and it’s associated companies. You will need to ensure the Finance function works in an effective and efficientmanner by utilising and developing the skills of our small team and the capability of the software packages that we use. **Responsibilities** - Maintaining the day to day accounts tasks in both Sterling and Euro’s - Develop and maintain positive relationships with our Spanish Office - Raising Sales Invoices - Credit Control - Processing and Paying Invoices - Maintain the Fixed Asset Register - Month End Reconciliations - Assisting in the preparation of Management Accounts - Lead the finance team to hit deadlines and guide them with day to day queries **About you** Do you have a natural flair and accuracy with numbers? Are you someone who has an excellent understanding of Bookkeeping with demonstrable experience? Then this may be the role for you We are looking for somebody who is a team player, has a positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to meet deadlines when under pressure. Above all we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a "first-class" service to both internal andexternal stakeholders. - Excellent IT skills - An ability to work quickly and accurately - Good levels of concentration - Good attention to detail - An honest, discreet and trustworthy manner - Sage Line 200 experience (not essential) - AAT qualifications - A Levels or equivalent - GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English If the above sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you This is an office-based role working as part of busy finance team Monday to Friday.
