**Salary**:starting from £27,817.90 to £30,599.69 dependant on experience

**The Role**

Putting client-centred care into practice requires the backing of the whole organisation, we are looking for a passionate and committed Quality and Governance Facilitator to join our team. You must be pro-choice on abortion and an advocate of our mission ‘Your Body, Your Choice, Your Future’.

The Quality and Governance Facilitator works under the line management of the Senior Quality and Governance Business Partner alongside the Governance Administrator. They are responsible for facilitating all aspects of Quality and Governance within the designated region which includes Treatment Centres, Community Hubs, and One Call to ensure they are aligned to MSIUK’s Quality Strategy, and this is delivered through a clear focus on safety, quality, client experience & sustainability. The Quality and Governance Facilitator supports corporate and local governance processes.

They will hold key relationships with the corporate Quality and Governance team, support office teams, clinical and business support teams, treatment centre managers, Integrated Care Boards (ICB’s) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The Quality and Governance Facilitator is required to visit Treatment Centres within the region and One Call to support and drive a culture of continuous improvement and consistency through their engaged and productive team.

To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills:

- Experience of working in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, either operationally, multi-site support, clinical or non-clinical
- Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships across multiple teams and communication effectively
- Excel - Intermediate or above
- Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, across organisational levels and departments
- Internal and external stakeholder working and relationship building
- Excellent analytical capability: able to anticipate obstacles and thinks ahead to draw logical solutions to problems
- Experience and/or training in monitoring outcomes and effectiveness
