**SEN Teacher**

Pay: £28,106 - £31,000 per annum

Contract length: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

Location: Middlesbrough

Leader Education is working in partnership with an independent SEMH School based in Middlesbrough working with children aged 12-19-years-old.

You will have previous experience of working with students with SEMH - social, emotional and mental health issues (previously known as BESD, SEBD & EBD).

You will have excellent behaviour management skills as well as patience, empathy and understanding. The school are looking for a Teacher with genuine passion and care for the pupils they teach.

- Be patient and understanding
- Be able to motivate and inspire
- Have a genuine passion for SEND and /or SEMH
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a therapeutic and holistic approach
- Be diverse with your lessons and be able to reach learners at varying levels and abilities

**THE JOB**:

- To teach in a therapeutic and holistic environment
- Ensure learning is accessible and inclusive for all learners
- To plan, deliver and mark work
- To provide fun and engaging lessons, engaging heard to reach learners

This is a full time, permanent vacancy, immediate start.
