We are currently seeking a new HR Officer who champions our values to join our team in Lancaster. **Key Responsibilities**: - Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and team members on HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with casework, performance, attendance and employee relations issues. - Supporting the delivering of HR initiatives including policy change, restructuring, resourcing, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management. - Maintain up to date knowledge of current legislation, procedures and best practice. - Be the first point of contact to all colleagues on HR and employment queries. - Carry out pre-employment screening in line with BS7858:2019 requirements. - Create, maintain all HR records, files and documents in line with Data Protection standards. - Maintain strict confidentiality. - Address HR related continuity issues. - Undertaking other duties commensurate with the requirements of the role. **Qualifications**: - Level 3 CIPD or willing to work towards this qualification. **Skills and experience required**: - Two years’ experience in an HR related Role. - Working knowledge of employment law, HR policies and procedures. - Experience of advising managers in HR best practice. - Experience of managing conflict and sensitive issues. - Experience of working to deadlines. - Experience of working effectively as part of a team. **About Us**: **About FGH Security** We were founded in 2003 with the aim of raising the standards in the UK Private Security Industry.
