Are you an experienced Head of Research, driven by evidence-led societal impact looking for your next challenge?

Do you want to work for an exciting social change organisation on the cusp of something big, helping lead our multi-disciplinary research team and strategic approach to impact measurement for people, place and planet?

We’re looking for a Head of Research to help us achieve lasting economic, social and environmental outcomes by supporting the RSA’s new Design for Life mission to unlock social opportunity through social innovation, to regenerate people, place and planet.

**Key skills we’re looking for are**:

- Advanced research skills, including quantitative analysis, qualitative research and an understanding and appreciation of wider mixed methods for impact.
- Strategic leadership and management experience working with, and supporting, multi-disciplinary practice teams.
- Excellent communication and research dissemination skills.
- Partnership and project management experience.
- Evidence of research-led policy impact and influence
- Team leadership experience including the planning, resourcing, delivery and prioritization of programmatic work.
- Network building and cross sector stakeholder engagement skills.

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

**Salary**: £48,000.00-£57,000.00 per year
