**At a glance**

This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the London/ Bracknell Head Office (though a fully office-based arrangement can be accommodated). However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises.

**About the role**

As a Partner in our business, your number one focus is to work collaboratively to create more value for our customers and our business.

Likely to have a couple of years of managing/commissioning primary research projects under your belt, you will have the opportunity to develop and stretch personally and professionally to achieve your potential.

This role is known Internally as Senior Researcher however externally as Research Executive

**Essential Skills**
- Some experience of survey design and (ideally) scripting using a survey building platform such as Alida (Vision Critical); Qualtrics; SurveyMonkey or similar
- Experience of delivering mixed-method research projects either conducted in-house (client-side) or via a 3rd party research agency
- Solid understanding of research design principles
- Strong analysis skills and a good understanding of basic statistical analysis such as significance testing
- Experience in relevant primary Research roles either client-side or in a research agency (ideally with some retail experience)
- Experience in critically evaluating facts, statements and looking at all angles.
- Experience of synthesising complex and ambiguous information in order to drive actionable insight
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving, numerical skills and commercial acumen
