MBA are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s largest end-to-end commercial fleet management businesses who are looking for an Administration Support to join their team on a 12month FTC.

As an Administration Support, you’ll play a part in keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for the rebranding and cataloguing of our process and procedures along with all administrative duties to support the process, policy and procedure manager.

In return the successful Administration Support can expect a competitive salary of up to £23,500, flexible hours between 8am and 6pm and a variety of company benefits such as annual leave, reward and recognition schemes, life insurance and free MOTs.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases
- Managing group inboxes and responding to requests
- Being first point of contact by supporting the process, policy and procedure manager with all administrative tasks, including but not limited to; rebranding, cataloguing process and building excel trackers to capture data
- Supporting the implementation of processes and procedures
- Recording and tracking actions from meetings
- Keeping resources up to date, e.g. website, intranet content, and process owners
- Preparing and formatting documents

**Skills & Experience**
- A high level of computer literacy and IT skills
- Ability to work to a high level of detail within the framework of the agreed policies
- Managing group inboxes and responding to requests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise, work to strict deadlines and have excellent time management.
- Flexible and adaptable - capable of changing direction where required and showing flexibility to meet new demands
- Previous experience in working in a mid/large corporate organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
