**The job**
We're looking for a Night Guest Service Assistant. You will welcome and engage with our guests, answer the phone, help set up the daily breakfast, and deliver great service and make each guest's stay at Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Castle Bromwich the best it can possibly be.

**Who we need?**
We need friendly people with can-do attitudes. A good grasp of English is essential, flexibility with working hours are too.
And if you have experience working in hotels already, that's just a bonus.
