Page Personnel HR are working with a client based in Bolton. They are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join and support their busy team for a minimum period of 12 months. The role will have responsibility for all administrative aspects of the employeelifecycle and will give good exposure to wider HR processes.

They are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join and support their busy HR department for a minimum period of 12 months. The role will have responsibility for the full employeelifecycle and give good exposure to wider HR processes. There is a strong possibility that this role could become permanent.
**Description**
The key responsibilities for the HR Administrator in Bolton are:
- supporting the HR team with administration
- managing the administration for the full employee lifecycle
- coordinating recruitment processes and onboarding
- maintaining employee records, updating databases
- amending HR documents
- issuing employment contracts and letters
- reviewing company policies and legal compliance
- acting as first point of contact for HR related queries
- assisting with arranging meetings
**Profile**
- strong administrative skills in an HR or recruitment capacity
- interest in a career in HR
- CIPD qualification desirable not essential
- meticulous attention to detail
- strong organisation skills
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
