The Oaks care home is a beautiful modern home in Emsworth supporting older adults with complex health needs and living with dementia.

We have an opening for Head of Care to work alongside a newly appointed and experienced and very supportive Management Team. We are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate and reliable.
- Must be Medication trained
- Able to manage a team, delegating tasks in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with external professionals and families.
- Deliver high standards of care in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and all regulatory requirements.

Some weekend working required and a limited, carefully managed on call commitment supported by managers. Paid breaks and on call commitments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
