Senior Software Engineer will develop information systems by studying operations; designing, developing and installing software solutions; support and develop software team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
- Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
- Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
- Investigating and using new technologies where relevant
- Providing written knowledge transfer material

**Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase
- Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures
- Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers
- Ability to work with numbers
- Proven record of excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are critical to success
