Enhancing and maintaining SOS scripts, functionality, and integrations. Troubleshooting and resolving scripting issues raised via help desk logs. Designing and specifying solutions for system enhancements requested by the business. Developing solutions using SOS Legal’s bespoke IDE (and external tools where needed). Creating and maintaining document precedent templates tailored to user needs. Participating in code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and coding standards.
