If you are passionate and dedicated to providing the best start to young people in care, we want to hear from you. Your role will involve providing emotional and housing support to those on their transition to independence. The young people you will be working with will have come from a disadvantaged background and may present with emotional behaviour disorders. You will have a passion to support the young people in restoring trust to others and helping them build a strong future.

This is a full-time position and you will need to hold a full UK's drivers licence and own vehicle.
