We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic international team and manage recruitment projects for a variety of sectors across the UK and Europe.

Your main responsibility will be to deliver high-quality recruitment services to these sectors, whilst adopting an agile approach to support other markets when required.

**You will join our Global Talent Acquisition department**

You will join our Talent Acquisition team based largely from Birmingham. The team consists of passionate colleagues from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Italy & Germany, who are all looking forward to welcoming you.

Working as part of Ramboll’s Global Talent Acquisition organization, you will play a critical role to define and deliver creative recruiting strategies for complex roles that span across multiple geographies within the Ramboll Organization.

- Previous experience delivering recruitment services within engineering/environmental consulting gained in-house or in an agency.
- Knowledge of Social Media, Recruitment Tools & Systems including LinkedIn.
- Used to delivering results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple job openings under tight timelines.
