Overview of the RoleThe Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for delivering high-volume recruitment of graduates, apprentices, and placement students across Mott MacDonald’s multidisciplinary business units. The role focuses on candidate experience, talent acquisition systems advocacy, and collaboration with hiring managers.Primary DutiesOpen and manage high-volume requisition requests, ensuring all required information is collected.Screen, shortlist, arrange interviews, and manage the offer process.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and real-time recruitment metrics.Deliver campus and virtual career fairs, representing Mott MacDonald as an employer of choice.Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver targeted recruitment strategies.Provide an excellent candidate experience from point of contact to offer.Support projects that refine the recruitment process, enhancing candidate experience.Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team to ensure synergy and shared learnings.Candidate SpecificationEssentialPrior experience in early careers recruitment or talent acquisition within a high-volume setting.Experience delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Understanding of working in a large complex matrix organisation.Commitment to outstanding customer experiences.Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.Ability to deliver presentations to large groups of students and internal stakeholders.Independent work initiative and prioritisation of competing demands.Skilled in ATS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Project management across multiple projects.Positive approach to challenges.Strong communication skills adaptable to audience.Passion for solving problems and ability to work under pressure during peak recruitment periods.Curious, self-starter who asks for support when needed.Great attention to detail and data accuracy.DesirableExperience using SAP SuccessFactors.UK ImmigrationMott MacDonald Ltd. are not currently offering sponsorship to candidates under the Skilled Worker visa route in the UK.
