Established for over a decade and authors of HR for Small Business for Dummies, PlusHR provide a fully outsourced HR service to UK businesses from our office in Southampton.

PlusHR have recently merged with HR Path, an international HR Business and we are excited with the expansion opportunities that this brings.

The team are based in our modern office in Nursling, Southampton, but with the ability for flexible hybrid working. We trust you to do your job, but we also love to see you in the office and learn from each other. It is made up of an administration & payrollteam and People Consultants.

The role involves working across multiple clients from a variety of industries, so we never know what new issues will come up and no two days are the same. It’s a mix of proactive and reactive strategic and tactical work. We are looking for someone thatwants to genuinely make a difference and not get caught up in corporate governance, and have fun whilst you’re at it

The PlusHR team is built on a range of HR experience from large corporate to SME’s, and we like to recruit for attitude, so if you feel you want the chance to make a difference with your HR experience then we’d love to hear from you. Purpose of the role:
The role is pivotal in delivering our fully outsourced HR service to our clients and providing market leading people advice and solutions. You have significant autonomy in the role and we would argue not many roles have as much as this one, with that comesresponsibility to deliver creative HR solutions for our clients as they depend on us and empowered in your decision making. We will provide purposeful development and mentoring which will help in your career advancement - we want you to feel truly engagedwith our Business model and the ability to really make a difference everyday for our clients.
