We are a Tutoring and Homeschooling company based in South East London looking for an **Assistant **to support the Director with Client Consultations, Home Visits and Tutor Management.

Admin work can be done from home. You will provided with a work phone and will be responsible for:

- Responding to client enquiries
- Meeting with clients in their home
- Updating the client documentation
- Recruiting tutors
- Training tutors
- Follow-up with long-term clients
- Speaking with local authorities and EOTAS providers

The Pay Rate is £15 per hour for **Admin Work** at 15 hours per week minimum. You will be given training and guidance.

The right applicant will:

- Be a driver
- Have a flexible working schedule
- Be willing to visit clients in their homes, after school and at weekends
- Be confident on the phone
- Be confident with face to face client consultations

Desirable but not mandatory:

- Be a qualified teacher or hold QTS
- Have experience in the education sector
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher
- Have experience with EOTAS and Alternate Provisions
- Have experience with the 11+ test

You will be contracted for a **minimum of 15 hours per week work from home.**

You will be paid commission on the tutors that you manage.
